中文译名：亚里士多德的《工具论》及其他著作

在Jowett基金会的资助下，Ross主持在Oxford出版了亚里士多德著作英译集，是按书名分卷印刷的，同样在Jowett基金会的资助下，Barnes在经过不大的修订后，1984年在Princeton出版了两卷本的The Complete Works of Aristotle：the revised Oxford translation。
大部分篇目都只对一些排印错误和部分注脚作了调整，只有Categories和de Interpretatione换成了Ackrill、以及Posterior Analytics换成了Barnes自己的翻译，这三种也都在Clarendon的亚里士多德系列出版了。另外，《动物志》的第十卷以及《家政学》的第三卷在原Ross的本子里没有，Barnes版则从亚里士多德的Fragmenta里摘出来也翻译增加在新版本里。
